week in the life - tuesday 30/09

a rainy & cold morning day when océane and i went out to go to her school.

basically, every day i have time to take a walk either after i brought océane to school or before lunch and sometimes even before i pick her up in the school. our neighborhood is very interesting area and of course, there is the avenue des champs elysees that always filled with tourists. then the rue faubourg saint honoré and ave. montaigne -- all haute couture shops good for window shopping not unless i am with kuya eras. it will be a real shopping! lol

today is my mother's birthday. she would have been 79....

today, with silver & gold (no bronze) dusts on our chocolate cake, we celebrate our wedding anniversary.

GAP girl

last friday when i picked up océane from school, i've noticed that she was walking a GAP ad. everything on her was screaming GAP! lol i guess, it only says how crazy i am with GAP:-)

it's back to school

it's back to school for océane:-) she's now in ce1 class.

bernard & i brought her to the school this morning. she's one very excited little student. then, she saw her best-friend, marie. those two girls were hugging... talking... just being happy to see each other & be at the same class.

the bittersweet day... our little girl (although, she keeps reminding us that she's big girl now) is back to school and i'm home alone again.... enjoying the tranquility of just being at home all by myself. LOL of course, i wonder how our baby is doing on her first day of being ce1 (btw, that is equivalent to grade 2). however, i'll have several hours to wait. oh, she'll be filled with stories and a long list of things/school supplies we need to buy tomorrow. thus, while i can... i'm going to grab this chance of solitude to wash clothes, clean-up océane's dresser and iron some clothes:-)
